Jesse Cumberlander has over 45+ years of experience in construction cost estimating, project controls, program/project, and construction management as Sr. Projects Controls expert. He has extensive experience in the construction of major infrastructure and public works projects including academic facilities, airport improvement programs, rail transit systems, government facilities, water and sewage treatment facilities, roads, highway, tunnels and commercial buildings. Prior to joining Project Cost Solutions Inc he served as the estimating manager for Parsons Operations Shared Services (OSS).
